| Any tips on removing the fuel filter and replacing with new one. I tried to remove the one on my fuel line with an oil filter wrench but it would not budge.

pull harder,,, just be careful not to pull the head from the boat,,, you may have to remove the whole thing and put it in a vise... make sure your replacement is a 10 micron filter
