It is literally covered in big cuda, so you're going to lose a lot of tackle.  There are some big fish, but getting them past the guard dogs is going to be tough.

We have fished it a few times recently. The dive boats are stacked up, but anchored, and with the north wind they should be in perfect position for a fisherman to make a drift directly towards the divers boats (from the north corner). Then start the engine and idle back up, the closer you drift toward the bouys the better. Also, note not to leave your baits on the bottom, you will loose rigs to the O. Keep the baits 15-20ft off the bottom. Most of your fish on the O there, will be snapper. If going for grouper, fish the bow and stern of the O. Good luck!

had a 30-40# class broomtail up to the boat this summer before it got off, caught jigging just off the bottom
