People flounder all up and down the beachs there where we camp Bluffman. There is a shallow, no motor, cove around the bend where there tends to be flounder. As far as water conditions, I think if you stay West of where we are camping into the ICW, then you might find some calm water. But to the east and into the bay, it may be a little choppy.

The water in the ICW is NASTY from Sherman Cove to the west. I haven't looked at the East side, but after this rough weather it is probably ugly.
