Well, it's blowing, just not blowing cold air. It's the 2nd time in the last 4 weeks. Both times have been after I had gone out of town for a while and turned it up to like 79, and when I get home, it's like 90 degrees in the house. It's a rental, so I called them out the last time and someone came and fixed it while I was gone...don't know what they did. Tough to get a good look at the unit, but it doesn't look to have any frost on the lines.

Do you have a "A" coil inside the house. If so take the cover off and see if the coil (like a radiator) is iced over. Sometimes you can't tell from the outside of the inside unit. Mine does that at times but few and far between (filter changing time or when Susan cranks it down to 50 deg thinking it will cool faster). If so either turn the A/C off with the blower on or Crank up the heat to melt the ice Will do that if low of coolant.

Don't know for sure about a coil in the house...I know nothing about AC systems, except that low coolant=freeze up=hot ass house. I managed to track down the company that came out here before and they are on their way! Believe the company name is Economy.
