| Had a bad call this mornin in gulf shores ended up killin a woman. We were first truck on scene and was greeted by an off duty fireman, just got off this mornin. He didn't say how long he'd been there before we were dispatched, but he was a great hand. Much appreciated. Don't know his name, maybe he's on shift with some of you guys and could tell'em thanks.

Thanks for all that you guys do. It takes a special person to work a truck and see the incidents you guys deal with. I just take the 9-1-1 calls, I can say from our end, you guys receive a lot more credit than what you'd think. I'm a First Responder, Hazmat II and CERT member and we lost our 18 year old son in a car accident to a drunk driver and it has made me want to help others even more if I happen to be driving home or to work. My prayers are with all of you.

Hey thanks man, sorry for your loss. Man no job is better than the other out there, sometimes hearing the chaos is worse than seeing it, and all the multi tasking, I couldn't do it, so I gotta give you props for that.
