I'm looking for a charter out of Orange Beach in November during mid week to do a two day overnight tuna/wahoo trip, maybe even to the rigs. Has anyone done a trip like this and what can I expect to pay? I plan to have 8 men onboard. Many of us would rather bring our own rods and probably do some jigging as well. I know some captains don't like you to bring your own rods or use braid. My boat just doesn't have the fuel capasity for a trip like this and we want a cabin to get some ZZZZZ! Thanks in advance!

Keep your lines tight and your tackle light!

I have know Johnny for quite a long time.  In my opinion he is the best charter captain in Orange beach.  Always puts his customers on the fish.  Not sure of his pricing, never asked.  I am sure the above post is correct.  I feel you would for sure get your money worth out of the trip.

We chartered Annie Girl in July for an overnight tuna trip.  8 guys and $8,000.00 covered dinner and bar the night before, food and drinks, charter, tips, and fish cleaning.  The water was not great so we did a combo trip.  We had a good catch of bottomfish and Tuna.  I've also fished w/ Don Walker for years who runs the same trip.

Ditto Johny Greene and the Intimadator.  Never had a better charter.  Two days on AJ, Tuna and swordfish.  The year I skipped the trip they boated tons of Wahoo.  I hated missing that.
