No clicking sound when you try to turn it over ??? Did you check to see if you have power to the starter ?

Where do you live? ( You can PM me your adress IF you live close to blue angle.)

I just did all the wiring on my 130 Honda's AND I have the shop manual. I don't have to work till 4pm tomorrow and can help you if you want it.

I've rigged two motors about 6 times.

I have a hang on all the wiring. Can't tell you crap about the inside of the motor though.

Just looked at the manual. Take the cowling off and when you turn the switch on listen and see if you hear a hmmm or some type of sound. If you don't the 1st thing you want to check is your 30 and 10 amp fuses.

Like I said I have the tech's manual, the one they use in the shop, and we can trouble shoot it if you live close by.

I know you said you checked the fuses but did you check the right ones. If eveything you say is correct and you checked the right stuff then the book says it is narrowed down to the pinion and ring gear OR replace the brush holder or armature.

Hope this helps some.

Bad ignition switch, bad starter solenoid, or the #1 cause..... finger tight battery connections.
