Red and white is usually a good color. If it is overcast or really early or late evening try a darker color like purple or mullet.

Try mixing in a Bomber A with your stretch 25. They don't run as deep and you cover the water column a little better. You can pick them up at most tackle shops and Wal-Mart always has them in stock. My wife gets mad because I can't go in there without buying one, and they are about half the price of the Manns.

Hope this helps.

I did the exact same thing about two weeks ago. I went west out of the pass and trolled all day long about a half mile out. I got one King out by the lighthouse. I was so sick, I finally stopped and started bottom fishing when it started getting dark.. My son caught a blue and that was our day. From daylight to about 9pm.. One King and a Blue..

Hello, Matt.

Try putting them back farther, 80 - 100ft... This will help them get down deeper and slow your troll down to as slow as you can go. My favorite Mann's Stretchs are the Bonia, Cabo Sunset and Pink.
These 3 colors have produced some quality fish in the past. Also take a look the the smaller stretchs that only dive to 10 - 15 ft. The kings have been hitting these lures and so have the spanish.
Good luck and tight lines...
