While trolling, the good ship Alibi ran over our lines and cut one off. Thanks.......

About a half mile east of the Destin pass, about 1 mile offshore. They were moving out to a spot I guess. Looked as if they may have been on auto pilot, didnt see anyone at the wheel. They almost ran us over.

I did say it looked like there wasnt anyone at the wheel, I cannot confirm there wasnt. And yeah, I have read a lot on here about that kind of thing but have never witnessed anything until today. It wasnt as close as some of the stuff I have read on here, never really worried about an impact other than thinking if he was going to hit us, then a quick naaaa, and then, aww crap the lines..... And we tried to reel em up, got one away from him but he got one, just a duster rig, 5 bucks at Wal Mart....

Not trying to bash the guy but a little courtesy and safety would be cool is all, not just from him but everyone.

I spoke with the owner of Alibi.  He said he wasn't even out yesterday.  He had to work.

It was a joke.  I was playing off the name of his boat.
