| With naui do u send in 35 dollars to get the card back??

| When getting your card for open water, you do not need to send in any additional money unless you want a second card. Make sure you send it in by certified mail with delivery confirmation. That piece of paper is worth $35 dollars to replace if lost in the mail. Hope that helps.

| As Jon said, typically, you don't have to send any money with the form unless you want to get an extra card for $15.00 dollars. If you just want one card, send the form, and nothing else. The exception to this rule: If you are using a photocopied form (not an original from NAUI) then you must send the form AND $35.00.

| Mail it CERTIFIED so you get a receipt and confirmation of delivery - otherwise NAUI may lose the form and you'll have to buy another one for $35.
