Hit the beach at 8:30am. Wind was blowing the paint off my truck! That really was a strong SE! Went from 3 oz to 4, had 5 rods out. Not one flea at all. I even peeled my Shrimp for them before I left. One kitty cat and while I was about chest deep trying to get past the breakers, I saw a Pompano swimming on past me. Guess he was saying "Get real!" Stayed until 1:30pm and not a bits. Two other groups of guys just gave up and packed it in. Beatiful day on the beach though, water was clean! This I think was a day to be on the Okaloosa Pier instead of the beach, shoulda known! Oh well!
