Holy Cow, that's a mess of fish for an inshore trip. I wish I could fish inshore and come back with those results. It would save plenty on gas if I could stay inshore.

Inshore Thursday

Had a trip today with the same group from Monday, great people had a great time on the water with them this week. We caught redfish, pompano and trout on the first trip so we planned on snapper fishing today but the weather did not agree, blowing too hard. So we fished inside again but went to some different spots to change up the scenery. The first spot was a good one and we boated 7 nice black drum and 4 good redfish in short order. We hooked some other good fish that got the better of us but they were happy with what made it to the boat. After that spot we only hit a couple more spots, catching another nice slot red and some oversized fish. All fish were caught on live shrimp and pinfish on carolina rigs. Here are a couple pictures for the day, the first is after our first spot.
