The water was calm and sun bright so I decided to make a run to the Pass(Pensacola) and the beach. Based on recommendations from others on this forum, to find the big reds, go west young man, watch for birds and go far, as far as the Alabama line if you have to. Sure enough the reds were schooling at the same place I have caught them before..........the condo with the stepped up sides. Hooked one and landed one.
Around the Pass, the birds were chasing schools of bluefish, some small and some large. Throw a small silver spoon with wire!!!
