This reel has the original line on it when I bought it. I have never fished it. Great condition. Manual bail.

That's not really a manual pick-up... It's just had the bail cut off w/snippers... I've seen a few 704Zs like that that people tried to sell as 706Zs... nice old greenie though & probably worth the $75...

The bail is not just snipped off.  The manual comes to a very smooth tapered point...it is not a ball bearing manual like 706's or mitchells, but the reel operates the same way. Someone did a very good job on the manual conversion here...
