| Threw down a wade yesterday afternoon, behind my fathers house in the Sound. Lots of bait working and 0 wind. Perfect slick conditions played perfect for a topwater afternoon. LOTS and LOTS of small strikes and slaps on the Zara Spook in Bone color. I did manage 1-21" Redfish and choked on a much bigger one that I couldn't seem to turn. All the fish seemed to be holding in 3-5 foot of water. They were just off a sandbar that is exposed at low tide. Lots of fun sorry I have no pictures. We will be camping tonight @ Fort McCrae if anyone is interested. Would love some company!!!!!!!

| Murphyslaw and Garbo, Thanks for the response. It was alot of fun. I like leaving the boat on the trailer every now and then and getting out there with em'. I don't wade near as much as I did when I was in Texas, but that will change this winter. Murpy's Law, Which you could make it tonight. Gonna be a great time. Some Fishing and alot of Drinking. I even made up alot of hobo's to cook on the fire tonight!!!!!!

mdrobe2 (9/20/2008) Nice catch and report. Have fun tonight. Wish I had a boat I could run down there! My boat is too small to make that run. Maybe next year I'll be there with you. Still hunting the right boat!Right on Brother, what kind of boat are you looking for?
