Talk about beginners luck...Saturday morning hit the beach around 7a. First time in the gulf, first time attempt for kings. Plan was to stay close to the beach to get a feel for things. 100 yards sounded good but that close in I could still hear my wife and daughter laughing at me. Ran parrallel with the beach a good ways past 2nd bar. I had a good strike and lost him pretty quick.
Turned around heading back circled a bouy and got nailed.. duster with very dead cig. Total about 30-32" . Sorry no pics. Way past my tech level. Heck my cell phone has rotory dial. Time to drive back to Atlanta. Be thankful to get to live here.
