Sure - if you are willing to go through the paperwork process to own it! If you can legally own a handgun in Florida, you can own the suppressor, but there is a registration process to go through. Send me a PM and we can discuss.

I also have the full-size USP Tactical 45 (with all the goodies from the factory) available for sale as well...

I could do a package deal for both pistols and the supressor if someone was interested.
