You are really reaching here man. "If the evidence at hand" isn't a random guess of what might have happened, it's the only story we have. Until we get new evidence there is no reason not to believe what we have.

Until there is new evidence then Zimmerman should be acquitted. If something credible comes out that makes him look guilty then I will accept it as fact. I just wont call him guilty because Al Sharpton thinks he is.

To more full answer crackers question, yes MS is racist but doesn't admit to it. I guess he had never heard the "Pot calling the Kettle" black saying used in a context that wasn't racist, though I've never heard it in a context that it was. He seems to want to make every statement that anyone who defends Zimmerman or believes we should wait until all the evidence is presented out to be a racist statement. There seems to be a growing trend of people that believe Zimmerman has Jewish roots and the Scout has proven over months of post that he is VERY anti-jewish. I made the pot calling the styrofoam statement because the "pot calling the kettle" statement isn't accurate as it portrays the hypocrisy of a person pointing out a flaw of one person when they in fact have the same flaw. I'm not a racist yet MS keeps saying I am, while he is a well established racist.

BTW I'm part Black, so there.

Following someone isn't starting a fight. A fight begins when someone loses control and lays a hand on someone else. Martin started the fight by battering Zimmerman. Stalking is not following someone one time to see what they are up to. Stalking involves a pattern.

Martin battered Zimmerman - he couldn't retreat even if he wanted to, he was flat on his back. Zimmerman reasonably feared death or serious bodily harm. He showed great restraint - he didn't draw and fire until Martin saw the pistol in its holster and tried to grab it - after Zimmerman had asked bystanders to help him, without success.

If Zimmerman was targeting Martin for killing due to a racist bent - he would have had his pistol in his hand while following him.

It was a good shoot based upon the evidence - and I too would have taken the shot had I been in Zimmerman's place.

This really shows your lack of fairness and your lack of credibility. Al Sharpton was not there and has nothing to do with this other than being a civic leader if you like it or not. But you have to use your dislike of him to support your biased view against Trayvon.

With this statement you should go watch that paint dry .... you might learn something. Everyone knows that criminals never lie to cover their crimes and Zimmerman would never lie to cover his acts that led to the death of another human being. His lie about his financial status ..... well heck it was just a little lie.

Far more accurate would be that I have called you bigoted and racist and biased and self contradictory. Review the thread, I never mentioned him or his name being 50/50 jewish/gentile YOU DID. Please do not tell anyone else that you are part Black ..... we have enough problems.
