I have been calling that shot on this forum for years now. Yes, I think Martial law is coming, just a matter of time. People are going to be really pissed off when they wake-up and find that all they have has been taken, For example few people are aware that the government has seized federal pension accounts to finance more debt and like social security, the money is replaced with IOU's. Just a matter of time.

I think the euro will crash just like the dollar and I don't trust any kind of trust , could be a Bernie madoff your trusting.

Real Estate particularly agricultural land is what I think to be the best investment. BTW that is what George Soros and the other Billion airs have been buying.

I think land with springs , creeks , ponds and lakes will be the best long term investment.

one can have money in the bank or in gold and watch it go up and down or own land and hunt , fish , hike , ride atv's and enjoy it while it's value will only go up.
I put 6 deer in the freezer and will not buy red meat all year.
as far as house payments and bank of America the problem has been solved. BHO is going to make it all good bailing people out for votes even though it will increase our deficit.
it is like he stole a credit card

Farm land is the #1 investment a rich man can buy.

"The land is the only thing worth working for, worth fighting for, worth dying for, because its the only thing that lasts..." - Gerald O'Hara, Gone With the Wind.

I agree that healthy, productive land is the highest and best investment that money of any form can buy. It is also good, however, to have some precious metals of the silver and gold variety since they are and always will be valuable money.

That is what I've been thinkin, too.
How do ya tell the government "I spent it". I went to Boloxi, I bought cocain? I went on a cross country vacation, If it is overseas, then you might be safe, but when things head the wrong direction, will it be safe over there???? If you bury it, what will they do to you? These are things that come up when everything goes down the crapper.
