need help updating member profile

ive been checking out the fishing reports on this page for over a year now, so i thought i should finally register. i got through that part fairly easy, but now i can figure out how to add more details to my member page...i.e. avatar, location, zodiac sign (lol...j/k).

any suggestions are appreciated.

go into control panel and you will see all that.
