ignore list

If someone has me on there Ignore list would I know it when i send pm's to them?....where they come back to me or don't go through when someone's in box is full....Thanks in advance

If you have sent something to someone and they have not responded it's very likely that they just haven't noticed it. It usually forces you there but if you are clicking quick or doing something sometimes you won't get sent to messages and unless you are looking up there you might never notice.
