how to upload a video from fb?

can i embed a video straight from my facebook page onto a thread here? i tried to copy/paste the link on the video to embed it into a forum page but it didnt work. any ways to do it without saving it to my computer or putting it on youtube first?

That or rip it through a video decoder online, i.e. do a google search for 'rip video from facebook' and follow one of the links returned to the directions. Then you can upload it here. Just an alternate, although more difficult way, to do the same thing if you can't find it on YouTube.
