Those Penn Sargus are nice reels for the money. My wife, Cookie, likes fighting big reds on our kayak, and schoolie Dorado off of Islamorada on her 5000. I mounted hers on a Shakespear Unglystick rod. It has held up well. If the reel is in "like-new" condition, that may be a decent buy at $100 with the a rod.
