Default cobia rods or blanks

anyone got any advise on a 9ft cobia rod? or a blank? or maybe a better height other than 9? or does anyone have either a rod or blank for sale?

Depends main how much you wanna spend. Gator has a good one t90l and it is good on the pocket. But if you careless on the price than a seeker ps85 is a good one as well as lamiglass and st croix have a few. Good luck.

I have a gator t90l and i love it and recomend it, it is very sturdy and i have not had a single problem with it and the blank is only like $41 on mudhole.com

ive had the same gator t90l for 3 years now! its the best all around blank IMHO

who ever builds it though get themto take like 2" offthe tip to stiffin i up ifur gonna be useing it to sling a ling jig...itll still be whippy enough to sling a king bait to!

but if u got a big budget and like really stiff rods then the rouge SU905 is a very good blank or an Allstar 1087-88 if u can get ur hands on one

I like a PS 85. My mate just got a PS 90. I think it will make a great eel rod.

Call Ron at the Rod N Reel Depot he had some gators a while back. If you want to see a Pac Bay 1088 or 1089 PM me I have a few I am getting ready to do for a customer.
