WTB a starter car for the boy

Alright, we are looking to get a used car for the boy to drive. looking to keep the total cost below 1,500 smackers, must run and be a safe car. If ya have one or know of one let me know.

We ended up pushing a car back to a dealer yesterday..... Geeze, what a turd that was.

Someone posted a CJ for sale for 500, that gives you 1K to get the engine in working condition. That should be pretty easy to do, a little sweatequity too will help.
