PC , I was going to do as you said , melt and pour into muffin pans . I need a pretty good size pot . The lead I have is in 50 # blocks . Of course I dont have to melt all at one time .

Before I got my melting pot I would use a ladle to put the lead in the mold. Where do you live, I could let you borrow my melting pot if need be. (trade a little lead for the use I'm in Crestview work at Eglin.
