40 gallon works fine I just swapped over to electric 50$ chris 850-485-0032

Would like to know the dimensions and is it electric? I had a small hot water heater that is used just for the kitchen and they placed it in a corner under the cabinets,,, so I would need to know if it would fit. Could really use it have been without for about 6 months. Please email me back
