Just wanted to make an announcement. We will no longer being cooking the plain smoked chicken. All whole or cut chicken will be rubbed down with a chili-lime rub. Tried it out yesterday and it got rave reviews.

I am sorry but due to somethings completely out of my control I am going to have to cancel cooking for this weekend. I hope to cook within the next few weeks so keep a look out. I do apalogize I have to take care of somethings that are really important that have come up out of the blue and are personal. Thanks for understanding.
