I have a nice home in pace for rent it almost 1200sqfrlt with single car garage fence back yard. Its on a small lot in pace behind walmart it was built in 2001 but was totally remodeled about a year and ahlf ago. I will be putting wood floors in the livingroomand hallway prior to move in im asking 975 a month with a 900 deposit. If u want to put up firs months rent with the deposit i will bring rent to 900. Cpt. Kyle yeah i dont have anything agains dogs.... the lady who's moving out had two inside but was a extremly clean person/dogs too! Id be willing to discuss it by all means.
