You hit the nail on the head Randy M. Lack of funds, the cruel factor or in some cases they just do not want to go the trouble of having it done. He is still a very handsome little guy and will give many happy hours to the lucky one that adopts him.

No, I do not have the Puppy but my Granddaughter is the one that rescued the little guy. HE was here playing with my little Dogs and I can tell you he is special and sooo smart. They took him in for all of his shots and he is very healthy as you can tell by looking at his picture.

We enjoyed meeting you this afternoon. "Winston" is having a good time with his new sisters and is adjusting well to his new home!

Just an update -- Winston is doing well. He is very well bahaved and is a precious cute little man. True to his genetic make-up, he doesn't like kitty cats and will pursue any little critter that runs!
