1994 MERCURY 200HP EFI XRI
I have a 1994 200hp Mercury EFI XRI - Black Max outboard motor. The engine has very little hours on a fresh rebuild. Motor has sat for a number of years and will turn over but will not start. I am repowering so this engine must go. I will entertain offers.
