WTB - long shaft lower unit for Evinrude 25hp

I'm looking for a used lower unit for a mid-80's Evinrude 25hp. I have a short shaft but it's too short for the boat I have right now and I want to get a bigger lower unit. I don't want to cut the transom as I am adding a different style motor next year. Any condition, color, etc. would be considered since it's going on a duck boat. Also, I have a lower unit for a mid 80's Evinrude 150 which I might trade or sell. Thanks!

I guess what I really need is an extension kit.... anyone got one?
