Default Looking to buy WA - 22' -25'

New to the area (Navarre) & just getting settled in. Looking now for WA cuddy cabin fishing boat.

Had in mind a 1995 to early 2000's 23' Proline, hard top, with a 250 outboard on a bracket & 100+ fuel capacity.

Looking for a well taken care of water ready boat. No fixer uppers or project boats please.

Let me know what you have ... or know of. Will consider other makes.

Thanks
Andy

(Also will be looking for storage options in the area)

I have a 231 Proline (1995) with a 2000 Merc 225 that I may be letting go later this fall if you're still on the market at the time. I just haven't totally convinced myself that I want to sell yet.

What are you looking to spend? I have a 1998 Wellcraft 23 WA, 200 Evinrude OceanPro, aluminum half-tower, aluminum trailer, Furuno radar, Lowrance bottom machine, etc... that I would let go for around $12K.

Forgot to mention ... under 20k.
(but that doesn't mean I'm willing to pay 20k for a 12k boat either )
