sweet lil boat ! , I had a 1956 13' whaler Back in the early 90's and have takin it out 30+ miles offshore! I was young and quite dumb then, wouldnt do it now for anything, but for its size it CANNOT be beat . (as far as rough water capability)

Your right Delta it is a solid and stable boat. I've used it to troll around the #1 channel marker. As far as heading 30 miles out, I'd definitely give the coast guard a heads-up on your plans for the day!
