This is just too simple. I left mine laying on a float at Lake Rousseau a couple of weeks ago and haven't bothered to make another one so the drawing will have to suffice for a day or two. This gizmo is as handy as a pocket on a shirt. Friend, Mike Mikos showed me this one.

Here is the gizmo ready to launch. The arm lays on top of the floating dock. The line can be tied off to a cleat if you want.
