Lot of variance depending on model like stated above. My 3 are rated as follows:

Malibu Mini X--- 33 inches wide, 9'3" long; 300-350lb
Ocean Kayak Prowler 13--- 29inches wide, 13'7" long (If I remember right); 450lb
Ocean Kayak Prowler Big Game--- 34 inches wide, 12'6" long; 600lbs

It varies, the general range is 300-600lbs. But, it depends on your weight and the weight of your gear. You probably don't want to exceed 50%-65% or so of the kayak's capacity - makes for a wet, slow ride.

It's about 305 pounds on my Ocean Kayak SPTW (Scupper Pro TW).

Specs should all be listed on all the major kayak makers' websites: Ocean Kayak, Wilderness Systems, Malibu, Hobie, Native, etc.

Good luck,
Alex
