Bay Point launch?

Is there anywhere near Bay Point that a kayak can be launched and does anyone here fish there any?

If you mean Bay Point at the east tip of Panama City Beach on Grand Lagoon there is a marina, but I think all of the shoreline is privately owned and inaccessible--unless you are staying at the Marriott resort there.

The state park is nearby and has plenty of options for launching.

The Bay Point I was referring to is in on the west shore of Blackwater Bay south of Bagdad.

there is a launch site at the old Nichols seafood site on Bain Drive. There is a boat ramp and small channel out to the Blackwater - Bay Point would be a short paddle to the north... And we have had good luck there - red, specks, jacks, etc...

I think there is also a ramp / launch site near Bagdad elementary school - go straight after the stop sign and the ramp is behind the fire station.
