Additions to my satakeout/push/anchor pole.

This is the top end of my pole. The pole is a Home Depot Garden stake. It won't last more than a year but it only cost $8 for an 8 footer.

The downward facing "Hook" hangs over the top rail of the stand-N-Fish or in my paddle keeper. I use the hook to catch onto limbs or crabtrap buoys to tie off for short term fishing. (Not legal to molest traps but I know the crab trappers around here and can tell the FMP who's trap it is by buoy markings.)

The "Tee-top slider" is adjustable with the nylon screw. I set the slider depth at about the water depth so I put less stain on the pole when staking out. The nylon parachute cord on the slider will attach to my yak wherever I need it.

Of course I haven't used this out of the standnfish yet but I am certain it will work. I'll know tomorrow for sure.

I don't know why id didn't work the first time. Anyhow, it works now.
