I feel your pain. I went out almost 4 consecutive weeks without a bite. As of late, I started catching a few fish here and there. I am no expert but I have noticed the pastfew daysthe sheepshead are holding on bridge pilings. Good luck!!!!

Its a tough time of year, I just hung it up for a while. Tired off wasting gas and getting skunked, I will hit it hard in another week or so. The weather has been a mess, cold fronts, rain, wind, it just shuts the fish off and they bunch up making it harder to find them. Hang in there, the fishing is only going to get better and better.

the bad weather lately put my yak fishing in a slump tooand i finally got some action lately, nothing special to brag about with small specks and well undersized reds but enough to keep at ease. I planned on getting some actual Kayak Wars worthy specimens this weekend with a saturday andsunday trip. Neither are location planned yet but i have a few options. Id definatelyconsider heading over to 3mb on saturday morning for a small group yak trip if weather holds and wind is low if anyone wants to put one together. It'd be a cool meet your competition for KW and fun for all these new guys ive seen posting that are getting into yaking recently. If anyone is interested someone pick a location and advertise it up...
