Just spoke with him via PM the other day about a gun and was waiting to here back from him about some ammo he was selling. I just went to try and PM him again all his post are gone, as are his PM's in my inbox, and he's not in the members list anymore. Did he get banned or something??

Hey everyone, sorry to bump an old thread, but I am trying to track down contact information and an address for Mr. Barry.

I am from California and had two firearms sent to Mr. Barry's' shop, in March 2012, for cerakote refinishing services he advertised on SigForum.com.

Payment and the firearms were accepted, but my property has not been returned since.

I've made multiple attempts to contact Mr. Barry via email. Requests for their return have been responded to with unfulfilled promises that they will ship "next week (paraphrased)."

I assume Mr. Barry still retains possession of my property, as he has posted pictures of at least one of the firearms online in its refinished state.

The BATF has advised that the general issue is a civil matter, however I understand that Mr. Barry also has outstanding state felony charges, which may escalate this issue to BATF concern, in regard to the still current Baywatch Arms FFL license and any possession of firearms.

Thanks

Sorry you got taken. He was a member on here then requested his account be deleted after the arrest came out. However he is a member on the forum below and post on there. I would contact the local States Attorney office here and see if they might be able to help you. Good luck.

Contact the State Attorney's Office at 850-595-4200 and explain to them the situation and let them know they have a current case against him and see what they recommend.....

Thanks everyone!

I filed a written complaint with the Florida State Attorney General, noting the details of the issue.
