Default Stew is simmering

My Dad was diagnosed with lung cancer a few months back. His appetite is about gone. He said if I would help him cook some hog hashlet he would eat a plate full. Had it cooking for about 2 hours. Seasoned so it has just a little kick. Got to get the sweet potatoes to baking.

When I get old I hope my son takes as gooda care of me as billyb does his folks. Great job on the stew. Looks great!
