Outcast Fishing and Hunting is pleased to invite you to stop by and meet Ben Selman, our newest member of the Outcast team. Ben will be in charge of our archery pro shop. Ben brings a vast knowledge and a great deal of experience in both archery hunting as well as competition shooting.
Competition shooting requires an enormous amount of patience and know how when it comes to tuning your bow and preparing for the shoots. Ben travels the country from February thru August perfecting his skills and has been doing so since 2004. His accomplishments include numerous wins in the toughest of the amateur classes at both the local and national level as well as several national top 5 finishes. Ben is very proud of his IBO Pensacola Spring Nationals Championship, and IBO Southern Triple Crown Championship. Due to his success in the amateur divisions in 2011 the Archery Shooters Association moved him up to the rank of semi pro and he is competing successfully at that level now. Ben's ultimate goal is to compete on the professional level which requires the ability to make a bow and its components perform at their maximum level. Hoyt archery invited Ben to attend their Hoyt University in Salt Lake City and Ben's eagerness to learn was clearly evident in his newly learned skills and techniques. Ben's qualifications and experience make it possible to offer you the very best service on all your archery needs. We have very competitive prices on all of our services and we hope that with great service at a great price you will find your experience at Outcast Fishing and hunting well worth it. We are now carrying 60X Custom Strings and Cables which are made of the finest 452X material as well as having the best build process in the industry. This equates to you having a set of strings that have no peep rotation without having to have one of those annoying tubes. This set of strings will allow the cams to stay in time which will ensure that it performs at its maximum potential and typically we will see an increase in speed. We are offering these strings to our customers for $85 a set which will include installation, paper tuning, cam synchronization, and tiller tuning. The 60X custom strings come in a wide variety of colors and sizes making your bow even more customized. Come by Outcast and register to win a free custom bow string and bring your bow, along with at least one arrow, and shoot through our chronograph and see what speed your bow really shoots. The chronograph service as well as a complete bow inspection and tuning check will be offered free of charge from now until July 31, 2012. In addition to the above services we will offer arrow re-fletching for just $2.50 per arrow using Bohning's award winning Blazer vanes. In order to provide the best possible service we have installed a Draw Board which enables us to draw the bow in 1/16" increments to insure proper cam synchronization and it also allows for measuring the bows exact draw length. This service is not usually found in most archery shops therefore it places us at the forefront of the industry. A lot of this may have been too technical but the bottom line is we want to earn your business no matter what kind of archery you are interested in. From recurve's to today’s highest performing bows we want to be your archery pro shop. We look forward to seeing you and please if you like us tell a friend and if not tell us so we can better serve you. You can reach Ben Selman at Outcast Fishing and Hunting by calling (850) 457-1450 or on his personal cell at (251) 923-6326. He will return all calls if a message is left. His schedule can be a little crazy due to his competition shoots so if you want to come by and meet Ben simply call and he will work with you on a time that is convenient for you. We appreciate your business. Thanks. - Last edited by Downtime2; 06-27-2012 at 05:21 PM. |
