Default Hunting Lease Cost

has anyone received a hunting lease package or had any discussions with RMS, IP, LaFloresta, etc. on expected 2010-2011 lease cost? i am wondering with the current economy, will we see an increase, decrease, or no change over last year. thanks for comments...

Our dues went up just because we got more land to lease. The price to lease an acre of landwent down for us in NC. We picked up to new tracks for deer and pigs in Eastern NC for $1.75 an acre. (couldn't pass that up). We are now a 11 member club with almost 16,000 acres. In Eastern NC we don't have large deer (6 and 8 point bucks with a max of 16inch spread.)

I am looking at a club in the Jay area. They have property in Santa Rosa ans Escambia county. Their Dues have gone up. There lease has gone up around $2 an acre. There is rummer is that the leases on the champion paster area has helped with them going up. Due to the cheapest bid Was $8 to $12.5 an acre. But O well got to have a place to hunt. </p>
