Cheapest price for a HUnter Safety System

I am looking for a safety harness to use on a ladder and climber.I am going with the Hunter Safety System where is the best price on one either at store or online ?

They where $59.00 last week but just went back up a couple days ago, also most of the Wal Marts have them just have to call and ask, I know Crestview has them in the Garden Center with all the hunting stuff.
