Baitin Deer Question...

Well, GA now allows baiting in the county just across the county line that my property abuts. Last year was our worst deer harvest ever. I'm just wondering if this sign will cover my behind if I'm caught shooting a deer over corn since it can't really be considered baiting if I give the deer a warning can it... What do ya'll thnk?
