Rich, John, Elliot and I headed out to the three barges this morning. We found no current, 70degrees temps top to bottom and the vis was about 25'. Not too many big fish around, some short groupers and some small triggers. I did see one big snapper that somehow knew it was Nov.2nd. My last shot impaled a trigger and my freshly sharpened spear went thru a tire wedged under the wreck. I spent about ten minutes trying to free it, gave up. No big loss, that spear hasn't been true since I bagged a big AJ earlier this year.

I was thinking the same thing. I was outnot that long ago and we had 78 from top to bottom. Good thing I have the winter suit now. I may have to break it out earlier than I was thinking.

im in Va right now and have been doing some diving the average water temp. is 59 deg. cant wait to get back down there in a week to get in some warm water.
