spearfish under or near 3 mile bridge?

ya im lookin for a place to polespear

my boat is currently in the shop

i heard the 3 mile bridge is a good spot

is it legall to spear there

help would be appreciated

you beauty of it is that the three mile is no longer a public fishing pier so you can most likely get away with it. seems like visibility would be lower and all you'd be spearing would be black snapper. can't pop reds or specks?
