permit speared

first off, if there is a limit on them i could not find them so someone please tell me if there is. this was my brothers second dive of his new hobby and he swam up on this at an oil rig in 110 ft on a 250 ft deep rig. it thought it was a aj, cause he said it followed them everywhere till he shot it. they went Saturday and it got to rough and they only made one dive. i think its pretty cool, cause i have never seen one out there and i have been diving a while.

this aj fell victim to a pole spear.
