Crappie fishing next weekend in Al

Friend called me from Montgomery and told me to get on up there. They caught 42 last weekend in all this heat. Might as well give it a shot. Leaving next Friday.

are u planning on fishing lake martin??? i'm heading that way monday morning...July6-8 for some night time crappie and catfishing. glad to hear they are biting. we did really well back in march/april and have been itching to get back up there. will post a report soon as i get back. wish me luck...
