Quick trip to the nipple

Only caught an amberjack on the wireline rod and a bonita on a green and black softhead but that was all. Went out sunday not many other boats out there .

We are definitely in a strange doldrum at the nipple right now. Its amazing how hot the bite was last month and how slow it is now. I think it will pick back up once the water temps drop a little.
